Review
I watch everything with a producer's eye and a marketer's eye: the message, the story, sound, light, pacing, and whether each video did its job.
Working session
Two hours with you and your video people, on a call or on-site within 150 km of Elmira. We go through your videos together, so your team learns to see what I see.

A short written plan: what isn't working and why, the three fixes that matter most, what to do differently on your next video, and the next step I'd recommend.

The Video Diagnosis is a $1,500 CAD fixed-fee review for in-house marketing teams in Canada, delivered in 7 business days by Nelson Dunk: he reviews a team's last few videos, works through them with the team in a two-hour session, and delivers a written action plan, with the fee credited toward coaching started within 60 days.
How is this different from the 30-minute chat?[+]
The chat is 30 minutes to see whether we're a fit. The Diagnosis is the work: I study your videos, we go through them together, and you leave with a written plan.
What do I need to prepare?[+]
Links to your last 3–5 videos, 15 minutes for the questionnaire, and two hours with the people who make your video.
Is the fee really credited?[+]
Yes. Start the 90-Day Video Build or Senior Video Lead within 60 days of your action plan and the full $1,500 comes off your first invoice.
What if the plan says we don't need you?[+]
Then it says that. Some teams need a $400 microphone and a better shot list, not coaching. You still keep the plan.
Do you work outside Ontario?[+]
Yes. The working session runs on a video call anywhere in Canada.
