Three months, three working sessions, one video you actually need. Your team plans it, shoots it and edits it on its own gear and software, and I coach every step. You finish with a better video and lasting video capability inside your marketing team: a repeatable process, skills your people keep, and a team that knows how to make the next one.

Shooting
In person · at your location
Hands-on with your gear, in your space, with your people. Setting up an interview properly, light and sound in real rooms and barns, and getting the coverage the edit will need.
Between sessions · Your team shoots. I review the footage.
The edit
Virtual · 2½ hours
In your editing software, on your footage. Finding the story, pacing, sound, captions, and cutting versions for social. The review habits that stop endless rounds of changes.
Between sessions · Your team finishes the cut. I give final notes.

SC 03 · The guarantee
Put your last video next to the one your team makes with me.
If you don't think the new one is clearly better, and that it was easier to make, I'll coach your next production with you at no charge.
Your team attends all three sessions and does the work between them.
$4,000 per team · CAD before HST
50% at the start, 50% at the shooting session. The shooting session is on-site anywhere within 150 km of Elmira; travel beyond that is billed at cost. A Video Diagnosis fee is credited if you start within 60 days.
The 90-Day Video Build is a $4,000 CAD three-month coaching program from Nelson Dunk in which an in-house marketing team plans, shoots and edits a real video it needs, on its own gear and software, across three working sessions (strategy, shooting on-site, and the edit) with reviews between each, backed by a better-than-your-last-video guarantee.
What kind of video should we bring?[+]
One you need to make anyway in the next few months: a member or customer story, a testimonial, an explainer, an event piece, a recruitment video. Real work with a real deadline is how skills stick.
Do you shoot or edit it for us?[+]
No. Your team does. I coach, review and show them how. If you need full production, I'll refer you to Skylight Visual Media.
What software do we need?[+]
Whatever your team already edits in. If you don't have an editor yet, I'll set you up in DaVinci Resolve, which is free.
How many people can take part?[+]
Your core video team, up to 5 people. Everyone who will plan, shoot or edit should be in the sessions.
How does the guarantee work?[+]
At the end, put your last video next to the one your team made with me. If you don't think the new one is clearly better and was easier to make, I'll coach your next production with you at no charge. It applies when your team attended all three sessions and finished the work between them.
We've done a Video Diagnosis. Does that count?[+]
Yes. Start within 60 days and the $1,500 comes off your first invoice. Month 1 skips the review of your past videos and goes straight to planning.
How many teams do you take on?[+]
Only a few at a time. I review your team's work between every session, and I'd rather do that well for a few teams than badly for many.
What happens after?[+]
Most teams graduate and keep going on their own. Teams with a steady flow of video sometimes move to Senior Video Lead support for a set period.
